Our space is designed to be flexible, comfortable, and inspiring — suitable for both children and adults, relaxed social events or more professional settings.

 Our private rentals are ideal for:

• Bridal showers & baby showers
• Meetings & small corporate gatherings
• Homeschool groups 
• Mom connection groups
• Private workshops hosted by makers or instructors
• Miscellaneous small events & creative gatherings

Please note: rentals are space-only. An instructor or facilitator is not included by default.

 To make planning easier, we offer optional package add-ons, which may include:

• Décor packages 
• Games or self-led activities 
• Creative activity setups
   

We’re happy to help you customize your rental to suit your group.

 Down the Rabbit Hole does not provide on-site food or beverage services.
However, we’re happy to share recommended local catering contacts upon request. 

Makers and instructors are welcome to book the space for private workshops.
You manage your own registrations, attendees, and instruction, while we provide the space and agreed-upon setup. 

 All private rentals begin with a Request a Date form.

Once submitted:

3. Share pricing and next steps
    
4. Provide a rental agreement for completion
